Attend one of our 52U events ranging from 1-3 days of intense RV education. We will navigate the most popular topics that women RVers have when it comes to operating and maintain their RVs including RV Electric 12VDC and 120VAC Systems, Propane Safety, Towing/Hitching/Weight Management, Life Safety Essentials, Water Systems, Basic Appliance Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Boondocking Tips. Our curriculum offerings continue to grow.  

Avoid having to locate and wait in line for a public CAT scale and potential DOT fines! Utilizing portable commercial scales, each with a 24” x 16” platform and 25,000lb capacity per pad, I will give you a printout with your individual RV tire weights, axle weights, actual RV and Tow Vehicle GVW’s and your tongue weight. You can be confident in knowing you are traveling safely, protecting your tires from potential failures related to uneven weight distribution, and will avoid all DOT fines and police tickets for being overweight. Remember, YOU are liable for the weight you tow, and insurance companies are following up on weight when investigating accidents involving RV’s. 

For those out-of-state or out-of-area buyers, I will be your boots on the ground for an in-person visit of your RV. Before you invest in a thorough inspection, I'll do a complete walk-through of the unit you desire and give you my professional opinion of the condition of the RV based on what you have been told to expect. From here you can choose to move forward with a professional inspection or move on to another RV.

Using a Certified RV Inspector makes the buying process much smoother. I work for YOU! When you choose to buy an RV, you’re putting a lot of faith in your seller. I understand how important it is to also get a good report from an independent third-party. While I can’t promise the inspection report will make you want to buy the RV, I can pledge to always put your interests first! Following the NRVIA Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, I will identify any potential problems or areas of concern so they may be addressed before you begin your adventures!

Safety is of utmost important to all of us. I will inspect your RV to make sure all the Life Safety items that are required to earn the RVIA seal are still functioning and in good repair, to include battery replacements in detectors. Camper weights (individual tire and axle) will be recorded for proper tire inflation recommendations, hot skin test completed, LP Leak Drop Test performed, and a general inspection of the roof, end caps, and slide seals and sweeps will be completed. Recommendations will be made for any repairs needed by a separate RVTAA certified technician. Feel confident in knowing you have done your part to hit the road safely this camping season. 
Rental companies such as Outdoorsy are requiring a quarterly inspection for rentals. Schedule yours today to remain in compliance on your agreement. 

It’s like a blood test for your RV! Complete fluid analysis significantly reduces your risk of purchasing the seller’s engine, transmission, or generator problems. I use JG Lubricant Services (JGLS) to provide oil and coolant testing and analysis on fluid samples pulled during my NRVIA Certified RV Inspections. This program includes review of the condition of the engine oil, automatic transmission fluid, generator oil and engine coolants, as applicable and requested.

Routine maintenance, at least once a year, will keep your AC running cold when it is blazing hot outside. I offer limited RV repairs including roof resealing, emergency slide retracting, window replacement, and basic troubleshooting, as well as Micro-Air Easy Start installations for AC's.
